Republic Storage of Idaho
March 5, 2010 to present we have been on-site managers of Republic Storage in Mountain Home, Idaho. This facility is open 365 days a year and has nearly 900 units and spaces available. We have worked hard to build the reputation of our facility with a high standard of customer service, a clean-maintained facility, and consistently putting forth a conscientious effort in monitoring the facility. The following are rental unit number increases of the past two years: We increased the rental base up to 700 rentals, at an 85% fill rate between 3/2010 and 3/2012. For the balance of 2011, we were the number one facility in the chain of 17 locations in Idaho. We enjoyed an increase over the previous year of a net 57 rental gain, the balance of the other 16 locations had a 33 rental gain as a group. We were recognized as their most profitable site in 2011.
