The facility is currently 56% physically rented and the local market reports an average occupancy of 80-85%. Construction of the single-story buildings is metal walls over concrete slabs and the driveways are all asphalt. All of the units have metal rollup doors, are insulated and have individual door alarms. The facility has a large office towards the front of the property and there is plenty of room to add a retail center within it. There is also a 2 bedroom 1 bath manager’s apartment. On-site operations are automated using E-Move software and access into the facility is through an electronic gate. The facility also runs a very successful U-Haul dealership which also helps to attract new customers to the facility.
