I moved to Virginia and brought the contents of my entire home with me. Instead of renting 8 units, I bought the facility. Five years later I am building a new home and will empty the units of my personal belongings. This is a nice little business/investment which (after I move out) will have 50% vacancy. Existing tenants have been renting the entire 5 years I have owned the property. Monthly checks without fail.
